1. Definitions

TermMeaning
LicensorThe owner and rights holder of FlowMorph.
SoftwareFlowMorph, including the desktop application, files, resources, updates, and documentation provided with it.
YouThe person who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses FlowMorph.

2. What FlowMorph Does

FlowMorph is an Early Access Windows desktop application for creative image morphing. It lets users load two still images, preview a GPU-accelerated animated morph, adjust morph parameters, and export the result.

The desktop app performs image processing locally on your device. Images selected inside the app are not uploaded for morphing, preview, or export.

3. Website Access and Google Sign-In

Google sign-in is required for Early Access account features, website downloads where applicable, beta records, feedback, and version update eligibility.

Google sign-in is used on the website. The desktop app itself does not access Google services for image processing.

Information collected through Google sign-in and optional beta reports is described in the FlowMorph Privacy Policy.

4. License Grant

After obtaining legitimate Early Access to FlowMorph, the Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for personal projects and creative commercial work.

This agreement gives you permission to use FlowMorph. It does not transfer ownership of FlowMorph or any intellectual property rights to you.

5. Early Access and Version 1.0 Upgrade

FlowMorph is currently provided as Early Access beta software. Early Access users are entitled to receive the full FlowMorph 1.0 release at no additional cost when version 1.0 is released.

Delivery of the version 1.0 upgrade may be handled through the website, the email address associated with access, Microsoft Store where applicable, or another official FlowMorph update channel.

6. Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

If FlowMorph is purchased or obtained through Microsoft Store, purchase handling, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by Microsoft Store policies and applicable law.

FlowMorph does not provide a separate refund promise that overrides Microsoft Store terms.

7. Sharing and Distribution

You may share a link to the official FlowMorph website. You may not upload, mirror, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute copies of the Software unless the Licensor gives written permission.

This helps ensure users receive the current version, legal notices, license information, and safety information.

8. Restrictions

You may not:

9. Beta Status

You understand that Early Access beta software may contain bugs, performance issues, incomplete features, or changing behavior. Performance varies depending on hardware.

The Licensor makes no guarantee regarding specific frame rates, processing speeds, output quality, feature availability, update timing, or compatibility with every device.

10. Updates and Support

The Licensor is not obligated to provide updates, patches, new features, or ongoing support. Any updates or support responses that may be provided are at the Licensor's discretion.

11. Intellectual Property and Credits

All rights, title, and interest in FlowMorph remain with the Licensor. FlowMorph includes or is based on open-source work credited in the app and website, including Obamify by Spu7Nix under the MIT License.

Open-source credits do not give you ownership of FlowMorph as a finished product or permission to redistribute FlowMorph outside these terms.

12. Privacy

Use of the website, Google sign-in, downloads, and optional beta reports is described in the FlowMorph Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using FlowMorph and destroy any copies in your possession or control.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of FlowMorph.
